LSI
Global Readiness Scorecard™
The LSI Global Readiness Scorecard™ was based on the concept of the Balanced Scorecard and developed in conjunction with Missouri Quality Examiners.
Many organizations treat their people, strategy and operations processes as separate, independent entities, when in fact they are interrelated - and must be treated as such in order to ingrain the discipline of execution into the corporation.
The Balanced Scorecard is used internally by an organization to determine whether their operational activities align with their corporate objectives, vision and strategy. LSI used this concept to develop a framework for clients. This can benefit any company that is beginning or wants to implement a strategy with their multilingual communications.
The Global Readiness Scorecard™ can benefit each one of our clients. Using our Scorecard, LSI can determine where your organization is in the
Global Communication Maturity Model
™
and provide you with a roadmap to help you advance along the global path. After a SWOT analysis, we can provide you with the roadmap that has your defined objectives and metrics prioritized for where you are in your stage of growth.
The Global Readiness Scorecard™ examines
4
Readiness Categories that are key to a successful multilingual communication strategy. We have broken down each category further narrowing the focus to those vital objectives and measurements necessary for success.
These areas of assessment are also tied to your organizational structure. This assessment benefits the organization by tying key objectives to people and processes within the organization, providing insight on accountability and decision support. Using this framework, organizations can unlock the potential of using multilingual communications as a key strategy for overall international business success.
