All of our Interpreters are all native speaking professionals trained to facilitate the second language person at 3 levels:
The Conduit
This is the most basic of the roles. It involves rendering in one language what has been said in a second: no additions, no omissions, no editing or polishing.
The Clarifier
In this role, the interpreter adjusts register, explains or makes word pictures of terms that have no linguistic equivalent (or whose linguistic equivalent will not be understood by the second language individual) and checks for understanding.
The Cultural Broker
In this role, the interpreter provides a necessary cultural framework for understanding the message being interpreted.

When to use our telephone interpreting services?
Our telephone interpreting system provides an economic alternative to in-person
interpreting. Examples of when to consider using phone interpretation:

Short conversations of less than 1 hour are more cost effective over the phone (we charge per minute with no minimum)
